Base only: this includes only the face part (no eyes, no ears, no cheeks, no back of the head)

Base + eyes - this includes only the face part as above, with eye blanks.

Base plus: this includes face part, ears, cheeks.

full set: this includes everything - base, eyes, ears, cheeks, back of the head.

This base might need extra padding for you to be able to accommodate your head comfortably.
